My very first lipstick was Revlon’s Iced Mocha when I was 15 or 16. I wore it religiously for years, then realized I eventually realized other colors (and glosses!) were more flattering. And now I pretty much only wear Vaseline. I haven’t gone back, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have fond memories!

There was a particular phase when L’Oreal Glam Shine glosses were all the rage in Rome, so you were only cool if you wore the most sparkly shades of pinks and purples to school. I was around 15, and I had about six of them. Although that’s a trend best left in the past. I’m all about the natural, more toned-down beige and pink hues now.
Sabrina, totally feel you on that. Maybelline also has this shimmery Rhinestone Pink color from their Wet Diamonds gloss line that my friend and I always had on hand back in the day. Not so much anymore, though I still like to break out the sparklies for parties still!!
