I heart Kim Kardashian’s green eye makeup!

Say what you will, but I love Kim Kardashian‘s makeup ways. For the Maxim Hot 100 party, her makeup guru Mario Dedivanovic gave her bold green shadows that popped so much more since she was wearing white, and her usual cascading waves were slicked back in a tight bun.

Best part is, Mario blogged about the look and listed exactly which products he used for your perusing pleasure, and that includes Golden Olive pigment ($19.50) and Humid eyeshadow ($14.50) by MAC on her peepers. Me likey.

What do you think about this look?

  1. I like the green! It’s different and fun for the summer…in fact, greens and yellows are super in this season anyway, so it’s nice to see some people using it in more than just their accessories. Plus I’m a little tired of the same old eyeshadow looks. Yes, the smoky eye is safe, but it’s very winter, and you see pastels and earth tones all the time. I want more vibrant colors on display, so long as you can pull them off.

Sure — this was from her makeup artist:

SKIN – Mat Velvet + Matifying Foundation by Make Up For Ever in Neutral Beige. GIELLA concealer in #2. Set the face and under the eyes with Make Up For Ever HD translucent powder.

EYES – Golden Olive pigment by MAC on lids. Humid eyeshadow by MAC in the crease and blended on the lower lashine. Electric Edge Liquid Eyeliner Marker Pen by Calvin Klein in Electric Black on the upper lid and winged out alittle on the outter corner. GIELLA B-dazzle eyepencil on the inner corners (tear ducts) and on the inner rim of the eye. Two coats of L’oreal Voluminous mascara in Carbon Black, top and bottom lashes.

CHEEKS– Rock and Republic contrived pressed blush in Call Me on the apples of the cheeks. Apply Summer Affair Bronzing Powder by Calvin Klein framing the face lightly.

LIPS – No lip liner. Just a clear gloss.
