It’s SO nice to have a home cooked meal when you’re in the city. Granted, I’m now a suburbs girl, but I still appreciate a nice meal with friends without having to worry about reservations.
My lovely friend, Eugenia (the same friend who designed my logo!!), whipped up this hearty pesto pasta dish with meatballs in less than an hour. And it was phenomenally delicious.
Totally inspired me to start cooking more at home. Now if I can only squeeze more hours in the day…
