So you know how I was complaining about how the humidity and rain has been wreaking (frizzy) havoc on my hair? Just met a lovely hairstylist today, Kerrie Urban, who’s worked with Aveda, with whom of course, I was sharing my frizz woes with. The best quick fix she says? Carry a small travel size hair spray with you to smooth it down.

“It’s the best thing way to smooth our those tiny frizzies,” she said. “So many people turn to oil and silicones and it just ends up making hair too greasy.”

Good thing that hairstylist aka lifesaver and half-Armenian beauty (she totally reminds me of Kim Kardashian), Jemma Muradian, gave me a travel size hair spray from TRESemmé, Tres Two in extra hold ($1.50). Especially during the humid July-August months that are coming, this will be a staple in my purse.
