Ok, this is blonde overload. I didn’t even recognize tattoo artist Kat Von D when I first saw her new bleachy look, but not gonna lie…it scared me a little.

What is with the urge to go blonde as the summer is winding down? I thought people like lighter locks when the sun is out to shine on them. I guess people are trying to capitalize on the last month of the summer.
