my favoritest pencil is the stila kajal eyeliner in noir. it glides on amazingly and its sooo dark. i’ve been using it for years and love it.
for colored eyeliners, i just get the mini $4 sephora brand ones. they work pretty well.

Does the kajal smear though? Usually they do…some ppl like that smokey look but I look a mess!
So are they really smudge-proof?
I also stick to eye pencil, at least for below the lid. I don’t wear eyeliner on my top lid, but when I do then I bust out the liquid.
I’m currently using Lancome Le Stylo Long Lasting Waterproof EyeLiner in Noir. It’s pencil and gets the job done!
i don’t really do the smokey look either because i end up looking like a raccoon. honestly, it doesn’t smear on me but a friend of mine complains that it smears too much.
i only use this for the bottom lash line and after i apply the kajal, i usually apply liquid eyeliner/powder eyeshadow over it to make it extra smudge proof.
my runner up would be the lava gloss eyeliner by too faced. its super dark & glossy.
i really need one that doesn’t smudge. i get raccoon-eyes ALL THE TIME. i will try this…b/c you say it’s so good.
this is the THIRD makeup item i will be purchasing based on your suggestion.
the other two were laura mercier’s metallic creme eye colour in platinum and smashbox’s lip enhancing gloss in sheer.

Got this product and it does what it says, but is a little pricey. Found an equivalent one for much cheeper at avon. Will come back when I find the link for that blasted thing…
Also, I have a nars pencil that doesn’t smudge much, and another great thing is that its not very soft so the tip doesnt get blunt quickly, which = longer lasting pencil. I hate it when i sharpen a away half the useful eyeliner
