I’m decidedly into floral scents, and while I initially thought the newly launched Kate Moss-fronted fragrance from YSL, Parisienne, would be too strong I’m actually digging. It has top notes of cranberry, midnotes of violet and base notes of sandalwood and vetiver.
To promote the perfume, YSL has enlisted five bloggers to find their own unique ‘inner Parisienne’ in their respective cities.
The new ad campaign shot in (surprise) Paris features a seductive Kate Moss complete with a Depeche Mode‘s “I Feel You” soundtrack.

omg! so i smelled this fragrance in a magazine and fell in LOVE. so the last time I was at Macy’s I sprayed a little on my wrists and that entire day I felt like throwing up and realized it was the smell! I’ve noticed that sometimes perfumes that are too strong make me sick and this is definitely one of them.
BUT! it does smell amazing…if you can handle strong perfumes i would totally recommend it and also Bright Crystal from Versace is AMAZING…also very strong.
Oh dang…that’s not good. I actually smelled in a magazine strip too and thought it smelled phenom. I have to try the real thing though. I don’t particularly like strong perfumes, but I guess some suit me better than others. Like Dior’s perfumes are strong, and I love most of them — Pleasures, on the other hand, is strong too but ALWAYS gives me a headache.
