Ready for this? HERSELF. That’s right. The young royal-to-be took private lessons from London’s Arabella Preston, her wedding planner Mark Niemierko told People.
“She’s had about three or four lessons with Kate at her private flat in Chelsea and has also gone, very privately to Clarence House. Arabella was suppose to be coming on the day as well but now she isn’t, because Kate’s comfortable and confident in doing it herself,” he says. (Umm Arabella…seriously, what do you have going on that’s more important than the ROYAL WEDDING?). Anyway, it’s reportedly her way of keeping some “normality” in her life. Man, I wouldn’t even do my own makeup at my wedding…good for her.
Apparently Kate did her own makeup for her engagement photos too, after being unhappy with the work of the professional makeup artist (she wiped it off and started all over again). She looked gorgeous though, so I guess she knows she can pull it off!
