I’ve had people ask me where they can go for quick makeup/hair lessons so I thought this would be a perfect event in NYC that you can attend (added bonus that you can meet some really cool gals in the process):
Some of you may have read my post on Urban Girl Squad — a social networking group in NYC for women in their 20s and 30s that always has a crazy fun lineup of events. On January 25th, they’re hosting “Chic (and Fast!) Hair & Makeup Transformations” at Wonderland Beauty Parlor (which I can tell you I found to be pretty buzzy at the beauty mags!). The owner Michael Angelo’s clients include Helena Christensen and the Queen B herself, Beyoncé. I’m already signed up, so let me know if any of you can join! I promise it’ll be a lot of fun.
