I was introduced to BelVita’s breakfast biscuits and bars a year ago and now I’m always stocked up whenever I don’t have time for a big breakfast (i.e. almost every weekday). Each packet is 230 calories and gives you a steady bout of energy for four hours at least. Plus they have no high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors, and colors.
