Dinner at The Forge in Miami
So yeah, as I’ve mentioned, we’ve been eating a LOT in sunny, beautiful, gorgeous Miami. The fancier of the places we’ve been to is restaurateur Shareef Malnik’s The Forge.
Yeah, I know, it looks like you’re walking into a palace. It kinda feels like that too. The grandiose exterior matches the opulent interior.
A Private tasting with chef Todd Mark Miller at STK
I’ve been to STK once before and devoured everything in sight. I was so excited to be invited for a private tasting with the award winning Executive Chef, Todd Mark Miller at the dressed-in-black chic restaurant. I was treated to bite-size deliciousness of menu items, many of which I haven’t had before and loved everything…EVERYTHING. Even the seafood, which I don’t normally eat, that includes tuna, skate, and crab meat.
Here are some pics, though I have to apologize in advance if some of them are a little blurry — it’s not easy taking pics in dim lighting!

And more food I can’t afford: Del Frisco’s

Prime Burger with skillet chips, $15.95
This is why it’s good to have friends in high places.
Though, he said it looks better then it tastes: it was really heavy and lacking on the flavor. Chips were good but on the greasier side.
