Attention pizza aficionados!
Slice is reporting that Mark Bello of Pizza e Casa is hosting two thin crust pizza-making workshops in late June.
The 5-hour intimate class (only 6 people per class!) begins with a walking tour in Little Italy to pick up ingredients, then you end up at Alleva Dairy for the fun part: making yummy pizza, starting with learning to make dough from scratch!
Classes are on June 21st and the 28th and from 11 am – 6pm. Tickets are $150/each and available at pizzaacasa.com.
