“I’m an Indian-American, brought up in Chicago. I studied history and law at Northwestern University, but my favorite part of uni was studying abroad in Croatia. I found my calling designing and developing clothes in Hong Kong for European and American markets. My passions are TRAVELING, art, piano, and filmmaking.
My style is: ECLECTIC. Living in an international city and meeting people from around the world in great fashion inspiration and has really changed my style. I pick up awesome finds at local HK markets!
My favorite designer right now is: Herve Leger.
People usually compliment my: eyes
For my skin: I swear by Cetaphil. I love using it with the Clarisonicface brush. It feels like a daily facial. I also never use foundation, and stick to bronzer instead. And for body, I think Bliss Body Butteris just heavenly.
My favorite makeup tip: Less is more! Heavy eyes should mean light lips.
Current beauty product obsession: MAC Crème de la Femmelipstick.
But I also can’t live without: My L’Oreal liquid eyeliner.Proud user since 1996 — I ship it here from the US!
My favorite scent right now is: Ralph by Ralph Laurenpaired with vanilla lotion.
I love wearing my long hair: down, blown out with curls. Amazing blowouts cost only $5 here! I used to love doing a poof until Jersey Shore ruined it for me – even here!
People might be surprised to know: Monday through Thursday, I wear no makeup on my face and am usually in a leather jacket, wife beater, jeans, and converse sneaks.
My favorite hair product is: Fekkai Zero Humidity Frizz Control.
