Yeah, didn’t think so. Today’s gorgeous sunny weather (uhh, finally?) reminded me to do my duty and advise you all not to forget to slather on some SPF everyday…seriously! I know you all love your tans, but according to the American Academy of Dermatology, sun exposure contributes to fine lines and wrinkles referred to by derms as “photoaging.” Sun rays may also contribute to pre-cancerous and cancerous skin lesions, like actinic keratosis and melanoma.

And trust me, sunscreens have come a long way from feeling heavy and gross. I have a couple favorites, starting with Neutrogena Age Shield Face Sunblock SPF 70 (below, left, $10.40) (they actually have a 90+ one out now too!). It’s oil-free and non-greasy which I adore since I can get both oily and greasy come summertime. If your skin is extra oily, I’d suggest to just do a once over with a light, loose powder.
