Last chance at Kinerase Intensive Eye Cream

Kinerase Intensive Eye Cream

I love this eye cream from Kinerase. It’s so hard to find an eye cream that isn’t goopy, or too light, AND is still effective in fighting against crinkling. And in fact, I’m pretty sensitive to most eye creams.

Fun story: I thought it was a fantastic idea to try a new eye cream the night before my very first day reporting for Fashion Week. I woke up with my eyes completely swollen. They were literally little slits and puffy. I thought it was just due to the fact that I didn’t get much sleep for the 6 AM call time. But it didn’t get better from there. The days following, the skin around my eyes got scaley and red and the swelling didn’t disappear. All the pictures from that week look as if my cat just died or something and I’d spent the time not interviewing makeup artists in a corner crying in fetal position. No, it was just a horrible eye cream. I tried looking up the ingredients but they didn’t even list it for that particular brand online so I wasn’t even sure what caused it.

Anyway, ALL THAT TO SAY not all creams are created equal and Kinerase’s Intensive Eye Cream is non-comodogenic and hypoallergenic (yaay!), and amazing to keep the delicate area around your eyes soft and fine-line free. But the one thing about Kinerase was that it had pretty high price points in general. This one retailed for about $60 (!). I was wondering why I couldn’t find it at Sephora anymore and their website was down, but I found out they’re replacing it with a more affodrable line called Dr. LeWinn by Kinerase (the products will be priced between $10-$35).

BUT if you wanna check out this eye cream, it’s on the flash sale site, HauteLook.com, today for $31. And that’s all I wanna say.
