I know Minx nails are old news now, but this was actually the very first time I got it done! Minx set up a table at the Royal York hotel where most of the action was happening in between events at IIFA, so I helped myself to a dry manicure.
The process was pretty fast and simple — they file your nail bed, then warm a thin nail sheet with the design of your choosing under a heat lamp, apply it to your nail, and file away the excess.
The process is not too long and since I’ve got it done, I’ve had a fair amount of people grab my hands for a closer look. The gold was quite stunning for the first few days. It was supposed to last at least 10 days though and mine barely made it to 7 days before it started peeling.
Have any of you ever gotten Minx’d? What did you think?

nice! but i like the at home ability of the sally hansen kits. Plus they seem to last longer than minx
i have one of SH’s kits at home I have yet to try!
I wear nothing but Minx on my toes. It lasts much longer on your toes. I get compliments everywhere I go.
I didn’t even think about it a Minx-pedi!
Special occasions only because minx peels too fast. Nail strips last longer although the variety is not the as good .
if Minx is applied correctly you will find it last much longer than any other.
Love your nails they look amazing! Check out my blog @ http://sarahshirleystylediary.blogspot.com/
